- Working Hours: Fixed North American (EST) shift
- Domain Focus: High-Volume Manufacturing & Light Industrial (HVAC, Data Centers, Skilled Blue-Collar Trades)
What You’ll Do
- Team Leadership & Performance: Manage a 20–25 member sourcing and recruitment team, directly coaching and guiding 2 Team Leads to hit conversion targets, optimize workflows, and maintain accountability across multiple operational accounts.
- Account & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary SPOC for client hiring teams. Lead direct client intake sessions to calibrate role requirements, run operational performance reviews, and ensure end-to-end SLA and order-based fulfillment compliance.
- Sourcing Strategy & Execution: Design targeted sourcing playbooks tailored for skilled trades and temporary staffing needs. Drive proactive headhunting and pipeline generation for hard-to-find passive candidates.
- Capacity & Demand Planning: Translate client pipelines and seasonal hiring surges into actionable capacity models and resource allocations.
- Process Optimization & Metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, submittal-to-hire, funnel conversion) to remove bottlenecks and ensure data-driven delivery.
- Resource & Budget Management: Adapt operational plans, set team priorities, and provide strategic input into workforce budgeting to support overall business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading high-volume sourcing/recruitment teams in an RPO or staffing agency environment.
- Hands-on experience with direct client stakeholder management and conducting structured hiring intake sessions.
- Deep familiarity with US/NAM hiring dynamics, specifically within light industrial, manufacturing, facilities, data centers, or skilled trades.
- Demonstrated track record managing multi-tiered teams (leading through Team Leads/Supervisors).
- Strong background in capacity modeling, SLA tracking, and consultative client engagement.
- Comfort working fixed EST hours in a hybrid setup based in Hyderabad.
