🔷 Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead onsite contract and permanent hiring for our IT clients. This role requires strong expertise in IT staffing, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and offer-to-join conversion strategies. The ideal candidate should be able to build hiring processes, reduce offer drop-offs, and ensure fast closures in a contract staffing environment.
🔷 Key Responsibilities
🔹 1. End-to-End Hiring Ownership Manage full-cycle recruitment for contract, onsite, and full-time roles Handle requirements from multiple clients simultaneously
🔹 2. Contract Staffing Expertise Handle onsite hiring Understand contract hiring challenges (drop-offs, notice periods, buyouts) Maintain ready pipeline of immediate joiners
🔹 3. Process Building & Optimization Create and improve recruitment processes Implement screening frameworks and tracking systems Ensure quality over quantity in submissions
🔹 4. Market Intelligence Stay updated on salary trends, competitor hiring, and talent availability Suggest pricing and hiring strategies
🔷 Must-Have Skills Strong experience in IT hiring (especially .NET, Java, Data, etc.) Hands-on experience in contract staffing / staff augmentation Strong negotiation and closing skills Experience in handling offer drop-offs and conversions Excellent communication
