Job Title: HR Manager – Talent Acquisition (PAN India)

Location: Chennai

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager – Talent Acquisition with strong expertise in lateral hiring. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in hiring for the chemical, petrochemical, or chemical trading industry, with the ability to manage both volume and critical niche hiring effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end lateral hiring across functions and levels
  • Drive hiring for roles within chemical manufacturing, petrochemical operations, and chemical trading businesses
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage bulk hiring and critical/urgent requirements within defined timelines
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and headhunting
  • Build a strong pipeline of immediate joiners and ready-to-hire candidates
  • Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers for manpower planning
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and generate hiring reports
  • Stay updated with industry hiring trends and talent mapping

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on lateral hiring
  • Mandatory experience in Chemical / Petrochemical / Chemical Trading industry hiring
  • Strong expertise in sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation
  • Proven ability to close positions quickly, especially for critical roles
  • Experience in handling high-volume and time-bound hiring mandates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of ATS and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Highly proactive, result-oriented, and well-organized
