Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, developing hiring strategies, and building a strong talent pipeline to support the organizations growth. This role involves managing a team, partnering with business leaders, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while meeting hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Qualifications & Experience
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in handling bulk hiring and lateral hiring across functions
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing techniques
