Role Description
This is a Full-Time, On-Site role. You will lead the full-life cycle recruiting process while managing core HR operations, including compensation, employee engagement, and office culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment: Execute full-cycle recruiting, develop tailored sourcing strategies, and conduct interviews to hire top-tier talent.
Employer Branding: Lead initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Compensation & Payroll: Oversee salary administration, conduct market benchmarking, and manage employee benefits/bonuses.
Engagement & Culture: Organize "fun at work" activities, team-building events, and recognition programs to boost morale.
HR Operations: Manage onboarding/offboarding, performance appraisals (KPIs), and maintain internal office policies.
Qualifications
- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
- Proficiency in Interviewing and Hiring processes
- Skills in Employer Branding to attract top talent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to work autonomously
- Prior experience in financial or investment services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
