About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for a well-established manufacturing company in the refractory industry.
This is a hands-on role responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across corporate, technical, engineering, plant, and support functions. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or similar sectors.
You will work closely with business leaders and department heads to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions with high-quality candidates.
Candidates who have successfully hired for factory-specific roles, including plant operations, production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and engineering positions preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and collect feedback from stakeholders
- Manage salary negotiations and offer discussions
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined turnaround times
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Build talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Prepare recruitment reports and share hiring metrics with management
- Support employer branding and recruitment process improvements
Must Have Requirements
Recruitment Expertise
- 5–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Strong experience in end-to-end hiring
- Experience hiring for multiple functions and seniority levels
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
Industry Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, metals, chemicals, or similar sectors preferred
Sourcing Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals
- Good networking and candidate engagement skills
Stakeholder Management
- Ability to work closely with business leaders and hiring managers
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring for plant and engineering roles
- Familiarity with HRMS or ATS platforms
- Understanding of compensation benchmarking and recruitment analytics
