We’re Hiring | Recruitment Manager | Hyderabad
Are you passionate about driving hiring at scale and leading high-performing teams?
We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to own end-to-end hiring within defined TAT and lead a team of recruiters at our Zonal Office, Somajiguda, Hyderabad.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
✅ Drive end-to-end recruitment & ensure timely closures
✅ Lead, mentor & manage a team of 3 to 5 recruiters
✅ Partner with business to meet aggressive hiring targets
✅ Build strong sourcing strategies & talent pipelines
Who Can Apply:
✔ 6–10 years in Talent Acquisition
✔ Proven experience in team handling
✔ NBFC/Banking/Sales hiring experience preferred
📍 Location: Hyderabad
