This is a senior role focused on managing key client relationships while driving hiring outcomes for our clients.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:
- Manage a team of Talent Acquisition Executives and sourcing specialists.
- Close creative hiring mandates for high-priority clients.
- Lead communication and maintain relationships with recurring clients.
- Build talent maps through market research and data analysis.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the hiring process end-to-end with candidates.
- Work closely with the founder to improve SOPs, workflows and KPIs within the Talent Acquisition team.
Qualification:
- 2+ years of full-time experience in talent acquisition
- Experience hiring within the content or creator economy is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ownership with experience managing a team and handling multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms and job portals.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
