About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring across business, telecom, technology, and leadership functions. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to telecom hiring and experience managing end-to-end recruitment in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
The role requires building strong talent pipelines across telecom operators, CPaaS, messaging, digital communications, enterprise technology, and related ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Drive hiring across telecom, CPaaS, enterprise sales, technology, operations, product, and leadership functions.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for niche telecom and strategic roles.
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce plans and hiring priorities.
- Ensure strong candidate experience and hiring governance across all stages.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with leadership teams and hiring managers on talent strategy and manpower planning.
- Act as a recruitment advisor to business stakeholders.
- Drive hiring reviews, recruitment analytics, and reporting.
Talent Strategy & Employer Branding
- Develop sourcing strategies for niche telecom and leadership talent.
- Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Leverage market mapping and competitor intelligence to support hiring decisions.
Process & Team Management
- Improve recruitment processes, SLAs, and hiring efficiency.
- Manage external partners, search firms, and recruitment vendors.
- Mentor and guide recruitment teams where applicable.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong experience hiring within Telecom, CPaaS, Messaging, Telecom Technology, VAS, Digital Communications, or related sectors.
- Experience hiring for enterprise sales, carrier relations, telecom operations, product, engineering, and leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of telecom ecosystem talent landscape and competitor mapping.
- Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships and high-volume / strategic hiring mandates.
- Strong sourcing, assessment, negotiation, and closure skills.
- Experience with recruitment metrics, dashboards, and hiring analytics preferred.
- MBA / PGDM / equivalent qualification preferred.
