🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple business units
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Drive employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience
- Utilize data and analytics to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes
🎯 Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with 4–10 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and sourcing strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience working with ATS and modern recruitment tools
