LH2Holdings is an AI-powered digital media accelerator and holding company.We acquire or
partner with digital media brands (content websites now > youtube channels social media
creators, podcasts, newsletters in the future ) and scale them though tech content and
distribution infrastructure.
This is powered by LH2 Media OS - An AI-powered platform that helps digital content brands
scale by optimizing the entire content value chain - from identifying viral topics and trends in
real time to generate story angles, research, and editorial support. We currently work
with ~25 brands across different niches with ~50M monthly pageviews under management
wherein each brand has been scaled 3-10x.
Our vision is to become the largest distributed digital media company in the world. LH2 is being
built by second-time founders who have scaled tech platforms with hundreds of millions of users.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a Founding HR to build the HR function at LH2 from the ground up. This is a
hands-on, individual contributor role (initially, to start with) culminating into a CHRO role as the
company scales. It is ideal for someone who enjoys execution, problem-solving, and building
things from zero. You’ll work closely with the core team and founders to set up hiring, people
operations, policies, and culture. If you’re someone who likes clarity through action (not decks),
and can operate independently in ambiguity, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
1.Hiring & Talent Acquisition
Own end-to-end hiring across roles (content, growth, tech, ops, leadership)
Build sourcing pipelines from scratch (full-time, freelancers, contractors)
Design and manage the entire hiring funnel — sourcing, screening, interviews, offers
2. HR Operations & Foundations
Set up core HR processes from zero (onboarding, documentation, basic policies)
Own day-to-day people operations including attendance, leaves, contracts, and compliance
Act as the go-to person for employee queries and HR operations
3. Culture, Org Design & Scaling
Partner with founders to shape early culture, values, and operating principles
Help design org structures, roles, and career paths as teams scale
Set up lightweight performance and feedback systems (practical, not heavy)
Build systems that scale without slowing the company down
What We’re Looking For:
● 4–7 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition / People Ops, preferably in startups
● Proven experience building teams or HR processes from scratch
● Strong execution mindset, comfortable doing the work yourself initially
● Experience hiring across multiple functions (content, tech, ops is a plus)
● Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding
● Clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills
● Experience in early-stage or 0→1 environments
● Ability to think in systems and processes, not just policies
● Interest in growing into a People Lead / CHRO role over time
