Role Description
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on attracting and hiring top talent. You will develop employer branding strategies, manage recruitment campaigns, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. The role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
- Proficiency in Employer Branding to enhance organizational visibility
- Strong skills in Interviewing and Recruiting techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring teams and stakeholders
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fiel
