Job Profile
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
✓
Lead intake discussions to ensure we identify the right candidates to fill requisitions quickly. Create talent pipelines for key roles in advance of an active requisition as needed.
✓
Develop positive relationships with hiring managers, external partners/recruiters, and candidates.
✓
Creating job descriptions and posting them on relevant media platforms.
✓
Creating TA Dashboards & analytics for smooth decision making.
✓
Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
✓
Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews, offers negotiations & initiating onboarding formalities.
✓
Competition Mapping, Market Intelligence reporting and Talent Mapping for different business functions.
✓
Should be able to build a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process from application to joining.
✓
Conduct the background verification checks.
✓
Contribute to TA-focused projects for continuous improvement.
✓
Support in other special projects or TA initiatives.
Year of Experience
✓
8 - 12 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
Academics and Skill Set Requirements:
✓
Master’s degree in Human Resources or relevant qualification
✓
In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting.
✓
Good time-management skills
✓
Great interpersonal and communication skills
