Job Title: Team Lead – Talent Acquisition

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead – Talent Acquisition to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and lead a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving hiring strategies, improving recruitment efficiency, and ensuring the organization attracts top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals
- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements
- Track and improve key recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, quality of hire)
- Build strong talent pipelines through various sourcing channels
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Drive employer branding initiatives and campus hiring programs
- Optimize usage of ATS and recruitment tools
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and diversity & inclusion goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in handling bulk and lateral hiring
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
