We are looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our hiring efforts and build a high-performing workforce.
Job SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy for the organization. This role involves proactive sourcing, high-level stakeholder management, and developing a robust employer brand to attract the best technical and commercial talent in the IT infrastructure space.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs for technical, sales, and administrative roles.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Department Heads to understand specific technical requirements for roles like Network Engineers, Cloud Architects, and Enterprise Sales Leads.
- Full-Cycle Hiring: Oversee the entire process—from advanced sourcing (Headhunting, LinkedIn Recruiter) to final offer negotiations and closing.
- Vendor & Campus Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and lead campus recruitment drives at major technical institutes in Kerala.
- Process Optimization: Improve the "Time-to-Hire" and "Cost-per-Hire" metrics while ensuring a premium candidate experience.
- Onboarding & Integration: Oversee the orientation process to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the IBO culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Education: MBA in HR or a related post-graduate degree is highly preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity, ideally within the IT/Systems Integration industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IT infrastructure landscape (Networking, Hardware, and Cloud services).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and networking skills.
- Language: Professional proficiency in Malayalam and English.
