We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition Manager | Hoora Technologies
Hoora is a rapidly growing consumer-first brand transforming the local services ecosystem, starting with vehicle care. As we scale, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to build and lead our hiring engine.
Location: Nagpur (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM | Monday to Saturday
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across IT & Non-IT roles
- Drive bulk hiring initiatives at scale
- Build and execute hiring strategies aligned with business growth
- Manage and mentor the TA team
- Partner with leadership for hiring planning & execution
- Strengthen employer branding and talent pipelines
- Optimize recruitment processes and track hiring metrics
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in recruitment with 1–2 years in a leadership role
- Strong experience in bulk hiring & startup environments
- Background in high-growth companies is a big plus
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setup
