Role Description
We’re looking for an HR professional who understands that quality projects are not just designed they are built by the right people. This role goes beyond hiring. It’s about identifying potential, attracting the right talent, and building strong teams that can execute with precision on ground.
If you have the ability to spot quality, build networks, and bring in skilled staff, engineers, and on-ground teams this is where your impact begins.
Qualifications
-Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across construction, engineering, and site teams.
-Source and hire skilled manpower, engineers, and project staff across locations.
-Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming projects.
-Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines.
-Manage job postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
-Work closely with site teams and vendors for technical hiring.
-Ensure quality hiring not just filling positions, but finding the right fit.
-Handle post-onboarding HR responsibilities including coordination, employee support, and basic HR operations
What We’re Looking For
-Experience in HR / Talent Acquisition, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.
-Strong understanding of hiring for site roles, engineers, and project teams.
-Good networking and sourcing skills across platforms and manpower channels.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
-Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
