Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for GH2 Solar. The role will be responsible for developing hiring strategies, managing recruitment operations, building talent pipelines, and ensuring the timely hiring of high-quality professionals across Corporate, Engineering, Projects, Supply Chain, Finance, and Leadership functions.
The position requires strong experience in technical, non-technical, niche, and leadership hiring for renewable energy businesses, including Solar EPC, Green Hydrogen, and BESS projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle, from manpower planning and sourcing to selection, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce plans, role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, professional networks, and industry connections.
- Drive hiring for technical, non-technical, leadership, and niche positions across renewable energy projects and corporate functions.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate technical assessments and selection discussions with hiring managers.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, candidate engagement, reference checks, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current requirements and future business expansion.
- Track and improve recruitment metrics, including turnaround time, position closure rate, offer acceptance, offer-to-joining ratio, cost per hire, and source effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, candidate documentation, dashboards, and hiring reports.
- Ensure adherence to approved manpower budgets, recruitment policies, documentation standards, and statutory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to achieve monthly and annual hiring targets.
- Strengthen the company’s employer brand and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Represent GH2 Solar at recruitment drives, job fairs, campus initiatives, professional forums, and industry events.
- Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence exercises for critical, niche, and leadership roles.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- At least three years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Experience in the renewable energy industry is mandatory.
- Exposure to hiring for Solar EPC, Green Hydrogen, BESS, Engineering, Projects, or related clean-energy businesses is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing high-volume, niche, technical, and leadership hiring mandates.
