Role Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for a full-time on-site position based in Surat. In this role, you will manage the full life cycle of recruitment, ensuring the selection and onboarding of exceptional talent. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing employer branding initiatives, coordinating and conducting interviews, maintaining the culture and work environment, and assisting with staffing needs. You will play a pivotal role in building a productive and passionate workforce aligned with Gemius's core values and mission.
Qualifications
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills to identify, attract, and onboard top talent
- Proficiency in conducting structured and competency-based Interviewing processes
- Experience in Hiring strategies and collaborating with teams to fulfill organizational talent needs
- Expertise in Employer Branding to position the organization as an employer of choice
- Passion for creating a strong team culture and positive employee experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, software, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, HR, or staffing management is highly desirable
