About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead end-to-end hiring delivery for healthcare RCM operations roles across billing, coding, AR follow-up, patient access, authorization, and related operational functions.
You will work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, HR teams, and business stakeholders to improve hiring velocity, maintain pipeline quality, and drive successful candidate conversion outcomes.
This role combines recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, sourcing operations, candidate engagement, reporting, and high-volume hiring execution.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Delivery
- Own end-to-end hiring delivery across RCM operations and healthcare support functions
- Manage sourcing strategy, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and joining conversion
- Build and maintain hiring pipelines across billing, coding, AR follow-up, authorization, and patient access roles
- Ensure strong candidate engagement and smooth recruitment experience throughout the hiring cycle
Stakeholder & Hiring Operations Management
- Partner with hiring managers to prioritize roles and improve hiring turnaround time
- Track funnel performance, pipeline quality, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring metrics
- Resolve hiring bottlenecks and proactively address candidate drop-off risks
- Maintain strong coordination across recruiters, HR teams, and business stakeholders
Recruitment Process & Team Coordination
- Support recruitment reporting, dashboards, and hiring analytics
- Mentor or guide recruiters where required to improve sourcing discipline and hiring quality
- Drive recruitment process improvements and hiring efficiency initiatives
- Ensure consistent follow-ups, documentation, and hiring governance practices
Preferred Background
- 8–11 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or hiring operations
- Experience handling healthcare, RCM, BPO, shared services, GCC, or operations hiring environments preferred
- Strong exposure to high-volume hiring, stakeholder management, and recruitment delivery
- Understanding of healthcare RCM hiring across billing, coding, AR follow-up, authorization, or patient access functions preferred
- Experience using ATS platforms, recruitment dashboards, sourcing tools, and hiring metrics
- Strong communication, negotiation, candidate engagement, and coordination skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced and high-urgency hiring environments
