Talent Acquisition Manager – Healthcare & Operations Hiring
Immediate hiring for multiple Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Operations openings supporting healthcare, RCM, shared services, and business operations hiring teams.

We are hiring candidates with experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Staffing, Operations Hiring, BPO Hiring, Healthcare Hiring, Shared Services Hiring, or volume recruitment environments.
Key skills:
Sourcing, stakeholder management, recruitment operations, screening, ATS tools, hiring analytics, interview coordination, candidate engagement, recruitment reporting, offer management, and hiring delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring operations
• Support sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer coordination, and onboarding follow-through
• Build candidate pipelines across healthcare operations, RCM, backend operations, shared services, and business support teams
• Track hiring metrics, recruitment funnels, sourcing channels, and hiring progress
• Partner with stakeholders to improve hiring turnaround time and candidate experience
Eligibility:
• 5–11 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Staffing, or Hiring Operations
• Experience in healthcare, BPO, GCC, operations, or shared services hiring environments preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
