Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven, execution-focused TA Manager to lead strategic hiring at Enout. This role involves competitor headhunting, managing a TA team, closing high-quality talent for key roles, and driving strong recruitment metrics aligned with business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic & Leadership Hiring: Lead end-to-end recruitment for niche, mid-to-senior, and business-critical roles. Ensure quality, speed, and strong candidate alignment with business objectives.
- Competitor Headhunting: Actively identify, approach, and convert high-quality talent from direct competitors. Build proactive pipelines rather than relying solely on inbound applications.
- Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of TA associates. Track recruiter productivity, closures, conversion ratios, and turnaround times. Drive accountability and performance culture within the team.
- Recruitment Metrics & Analytics: Monitor key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing efficiency, and recruiter performance. Use data to optimize hiring processes and improve outcomes.
- ATS & Process Optimization: Work with or implement Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment workflows. Continuously improve hiring processes and structured documentation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Communication & Market Intelligence: Maintain strong market awareness, competitor insights, and talent mapping strategies. Represent Enout with professionalism and strong communication presence.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with proven exposure to competitor poaching and strategic hiring. Prior experience managing a TA team is strongly preferred.
- Headhunting Expertise: Demonstrated track record of closing candidates from competitors and building proactive sourcing strategies.
- Analytical Ability: Strong comfort with numbers, hiring metrics, and logical decision-making. Ability to track and improve recruiter productivity.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presence, clarity, and professionalism.
- Systems Orientation: Experience working with ATS platforms; prior experience setting up or optimizing ATS systems is a strong advantage.
