Talent Acquisition Manager
As we enter our next phase of growth, our focus is on building a high-performance organization that can scale sustainably—strengthening leadership capability, driving org effectiveness, and nurturing a culture of ownership, speed, and excellence.
What are we looking for?
- 10–15 years of experience in leading and scaling Talent Acquisition teams
- Define and drive hiring strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans
- Lead leadership and high-impact hiring while maintaining a strong hiring bar
- Partner closely with business, product, and engineering leaders as a talent advisor
- Build scalable hiring processes and improve key metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, offer acceptance)
- Build and mentor a high-performing TA team while strengthening talent pipelines
What would you be doing here?
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Define and execute Marrow’s hiring strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans
- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning
- Build strong talent pipelines for critical and leadership roles
Leadership Hiring & Critical Talent
- Personally drive hiring for leadership, niche, and high-impact roles
- Ensure hiring bar remains extremely high, aligned with Marrow’s product-driven culture
- Build strong employer brand in product and engineering ecosystem
Hiring Process Excellence
- Design and implement scalable, efficient, and high-quality hiring processes
- Improve time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and hiring quality
- Ensure excellent candidate experience
Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Business leaders
- Act as a talent advisor to leadership teams
- Influence hiring decisions and talent strategy
Build and Lead TA Team
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Talent Acquisition team
- Establish clear goals, metrics, and accountability
- Drive recruiter capability and performance
