Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager located in Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition Manager will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. The role focuses on identifying and attracting top talent, implementing and innovating recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers to meet business needs, and enhancing employer branding to position the company as a top destination for talent. The manager will also analyze recruitment metrics to refine strategies and ensure successful hiring processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Knowledge of Hiring strategies and practices, with the ability to align talent acquisition efforts to organizational goals
- Strong expertise in Interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation
- Proven capability in Recruiting top-tier talent for various roles
- Skills in developing and implementing innovative Employer Branding initiatives
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Relevant industry experience, especially in textiles or manufacturing, is an advantage
