Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager located in Bengaluru. In this position, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. You will also collaborate closely with department heads to identify hiring needs, enhance employer branding strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Additional responsibilities include managing recruitment metrics and ensuring timely fulfillment of hiring requirements while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years experience in Talent Acquisition and team management
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting methodologies
- Experience with Hiring processes and conducting effective Interviewing
- Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies and techniques
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
