About The Role
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Talent Acquisition Manager. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle to meet organizational hiring needs, building strong employer branding strategies, and fostering a seamless candidate experience. Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding talent while collaborating closely with hiring managers to align recruitment processes with business goals. The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in attracting top talent, ensuring a positive candidate journey, and supporting the company's growth objectives through strategic hiring initiatives.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Talent Sourcing
Strong skills in Interviewing Techniques and Candidate Selection
Experience in Recruiting and Driving the End-to-End Hiring Process
Capability in developing and managing Employer Branding strategies
Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or app development industry

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems and other tools.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze data to improve hiring strategies and reduce time-to-fill positions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously enhance recruitment effectiveness.
