Balwaan Krishi is on a mission to empower farmers with affordable, high-performance agricultural machinery. As we continue to grow across India and expand globally, we’re looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at our Jaipur headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Develop and execute effective hiring strategies
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Drive employer branding and showcase company culture
- Track hiring metrics and generate recruitment reports
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Stay updated with market trends and hiring best practices
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and hiring policies
Skills & Requirements
- Strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting
- Experience with ATS and HR tools
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to collaborate across teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
- Experience in agriculture or manufacturing is a plus
Salary
Up to ₹50,000 per month
