Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager – Marketing, Creative & Brand Hiring with strong experience hiring across non-tech business functions. This role needs someone who understands the difference between average profile forwarding and actually closing the right people.

What You’ll Own
- Drive end-to-end hiring for non-tech roles across junior, mid, senior, and leadership levels
- Close positions across creative, content, brand, social media, performance marketing, retention, and growth
- Partner with founders, hiring managers, and department heads to understand role requirements deeply
- Build strong sourcing pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, job portals, and direct outreach
- Screen candidates for skill quality, communication, ownership, stability, cultural fit, and role relevance
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary discussions, negotiations, and joining follow-through
- Improve hiring speed, shortlist quality, and offer-to-join conversion
- Maintain structured hiring trackers, pipeline visibility, and weekly closure reports
- Help build a strong hiring engine for scale across multiple teams and functions
What We’re Looking For
- 3 to 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment
- Strong experience hiring for marketing, creative, brand, content, and growth roles
- Background in marketing agency, digital agency, media agency, creative agency, D2C, consumer internet, or fast-growth startup hiring preferred
- Good understanding of role quality markers across content, design, video, brand, and performance functions
- Strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and closing skills
- Ability to work fast without compromising hiring quality
- Strong ownership mindset and execution discipline
Preferred
- Candidates with prior experience hiring for creative and marketing teams at scale
- Ability to evaluate candidates across both execution roles and strategic leadership roles
- Experience handling multiple openings simultaneously across different departments
- Strong understanding of compensation benchmarking and candidate psychology
