At Animall, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate who can drive end-to-end hiring with a strong focus on bulk hiring, niche roles, and campus recruitment. If you enjoy building pipelines, closing roles fast, and working in a high-ownership environment — this role is for you.
📍 Location: Sector 66, Gurugram
🏢 Work Type: Full-time, Office-based
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer rollout)
- Drive bulk hiring for business roles with speed and efficiency
- Handle niche hiring (hard-to-close roles) using innovative sourcing strategies
- Plan and execute campus hiring (college tie-ups, drives, and onboarding)
- Use multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, campus, etc.) effectively
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Experiment with new sourcing strategies for better conversions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements
- Manage expectations and ensure timely closures
✅ Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Non Tech)
- Strong exposure to bulk hiring, niche hiring, and/or campus hiring
- Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS and sourcing tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with understanding of recruitment metrics
