About The Role
The Talent Acquisition Manager role is a strategic position responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple domains including Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, and Corporate Functions. This role requires a dynamic professional who can effectively collaborate with various internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E) complemented by an MBA, which provides a balanced technical and managerial perspective. A minimum of 5 years and up to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within manufacturing, automotive, industrial automation, engineering services, electronics, or semiconductor industries, is essential. Demonstrated expertise in technical and non-technical hiring, campus recruitment, stakeholder management, and recruitment analytics is required. Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and ATS platforms is vital for success in this role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are also necessary to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the company's staffing needs. Key responsibilities include developing sourcing channels and pipelines for critical roles, particularly in engineering and manufacturing domains, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes from requisition to onboarding. The role involves collaborating closely with department heads and senior management to understand talent requirements and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, the manager will oversee campus hiring initiatives at premier institutes, build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions, and implement data-driven recruitment analytics to optimize hiring processes. Maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards, and continuously improving recruitment practices are also integral parts of this role.
