About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to spearhead our Go-To-Market (GTM) hiring initiatives at Kissflow. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment delivery, particularly within sales and GTM leadership roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive hiring strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent to support our growth and expansion plans. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence key business outcomes by building high-performing teams and fostering strong stakeholder relationships across Sales, Marketing, and Business units.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sales and GTM leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience working within Big 4 consulting environments or similar consulting firms.
- Strong hands-on expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Proven ability to develop and refine hiring frameworks, processes, and talent quality metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience partnering closely with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and deliver strategic talent solutions.
- Availability to join immediately or on short notice is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles, ensuring timely and quality hires that meet organizational needs.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to sales and GTM leadership positions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business leaders to understand hiring priorities and translate them into actionable recruitment plans.
- Continuously improve hiring frameworks, processes, and candidate experience to attract high-caliber talent.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders to optimize sourcing channels.
- Monitor and analyze hiring metrics to ensure recruitment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for process enhancements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure Kissflow remains an employer of choice in the GTM talent space.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
