About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team at Derewala Industries Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new employees. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, preferably jewelry manufacturing. The successful candidate will play a vital role in attracting, engaging, and retaining skilled professionals who align with the company’s values and growth objectives. Qualifications
- MBA or PGDM in Human Resources Management from a reputed institution.
- Between 7 to 12 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the manufacturing or jewelry industry.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using various recruitment tools, job portals, ATS, and HRMS systems.
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Knowledge of labor laws, employment policies, and best HR practices.
- Experience in managing onboarding formalities, employee documentation, and HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions across levels, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
- Source, screen, and engage potential candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and relevant department heads, ensuring a seamless interview process.
- Follow up with Hiring Managers for interview feedback, offer approvals, and candidate closures to ensure a smooth hiring cycle.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports to monitor hiring progress.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
- Conduct background verification checks for selected candidates and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure all formalities are completed before joining.
- Handle complete joining formalities, including coordination with IT, Admin, and other internal teams to prepare necessary resources such as email IDs, mobile phones, and workspace setup.
- Support and coordinate employee induction programs and initial training sessions to facilitate smooth onboarding and integration.
- Prepare, issue, and maintain employment documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and extension letters.
- Assist in HR operations by maintaining employee records, supporting HR initiatives, and improving recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
