About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and strengthen our hiring efforts across business, operations, finance, compliance, and support functions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a growing, founder-led, fast-moving environment and can independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and joining follow-through.
You will play a key role in helping us build a high-quality team and create a smooth, professional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for open positions across functions
- Understand hiring requirements directly from leadership and convert them into clear sourcing plans
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and maintain hiring momentum
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Improve job descriptions, outreach messaging, and hiring workflows
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, shortlist ratio, offer conversion, and joining ratio
- Support employer branding and improve candidate experience across the hiring journey
- Ensure hiring processes are organized, timely, and compliant

Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment / hiring
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Proven ability to source candidates independently
- Strong screening and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Good understanding of hiring for professional services, consulting, finance, operations, or startup environments
- Comfort using LinkedIn, job portals, spreadsheets, and ATS/recruitment tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for finance, compliance, consulting, audit, or business support roles
- Experience in a small or growing business environment
- Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment process improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
