Role Description
- Design and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to meet consulting hiring goals (Analyst to Partner level).
- Manage Team of Talent Acquisition and lead them in proper.
- Worked on Incentive part and project handling.
- Partner with consulting leadership to align workforce planning with project pipelines.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing.
- Manage job postings, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations with hiring managers.
- Drive campus recruitment, lateral hiring, and diversity hiring initiatives.
- Leverage recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and provide data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with external recruitment partners and internal HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and processes.
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Stay updated on market trends and talent intelligence in the consulting industry.
