*💰 CTC: upto 22 LPA
We are hiring for a Talent Acquisition Lead to manage the end-to-end recruitment function. The ideal candidate should have 8–12 years of core TA experience with strong hands-on expertise in sourcing talent across functions, especially within the manufacturing industry. Experience in hiring leadership roles and leveraging social media platforms and job portals for talent acquisition is essential. The candidate should also have exposure to employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice. We are looking for a passionate recruitment professional with strong stakeholder management skills.
