Role Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead for a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition Lead will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, design and implement employer branding strategies, and develop hiring plans aligned with organizational goals. They will manage sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience. The role will require close collaboration with department heads to identify staffing needs and attract top talent.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid-level to senior-level positions.
• Allocate open positions among team members and monitor progress regularly.
• Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure timely follow-up with candidates regarding interview status, offer discussions, and onboarding formalities.
• Prepare and roll out offer letters, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as turnaround time, cost per hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus hiring activities.
• Train, mentor, and guide recruiters to improve team performance and hiring quality.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.
