Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments and seniority levels, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring pipeline.
Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Utilize proactive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking, employee referrals, and job boards) to build robust pipelines of active and passive candidates.
Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and evaluate candidates against technical requirements and cultural alignment.
Hiring Manager Partnership: Consult with hiring managers to understand team needs, define job profiles, establish interview criteria, and guide them through hiring best practices.
Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining open communication, providing timely feedback, and managing the interview schedule smoothly.
Offer Management: Facilitate the offer process, including reference checks, salary benchmarking, offer negotiation, and closing candidates.
Metrics & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to identify bottlenecks and optimize the hiring process.
- University Relations & Partnerships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key academic institutions, university career services, faculty members, and student organizations.
- Campus Recruitment Strategy: Design and execute end-to-end campus hiring strategies aligned with the company’s short- and long-term workforce planning.
- Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and represent the organization at virtual and in-person career fairs, info sessions, tech talks, and customized on-campus recruiting events.
- Candidate Assessment & Selection: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, administer skills assessments, and coordinate final interviews with internal hiring managers.
- Data & Metrics Tracking: Track recruitment metrics (e.g., source of hire, conversion rates, offer acceptance rates) and report on the return on investment (ROI) of campus initiatives.
