We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Lead (Lead Staffing Specialist) to join our team! As a TA Lead, you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates. You'll oversee planning, developing, and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company. The Talent Acquisition Lead oversees planning, developing, managing, and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies
You will be the primary contact for staffing-related communications and coordination among delivery, talent acquisition, and global staffing teams. This role requires expertise in staffing processes and the ability to maintain accurate staffing system data while monitoring key performance indicators. What You'll Do:
- Lead from the front and guide the team to deliver results
- Unblock the challenges of your team members by guiding them
- Set an example for your team, draw a plan for their career goals, and take them to success
- Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to the hiring requirements for the Business Unit
- Experience in bulk hiring in IT services set up would be an advantage
- Effective use of social media hiring, Webinars, Hiring Challenges etc. for hiring
- Managing TA branding activities
- Global hiring experience would be preferred
- Overseeing the candidate experience (e.g., application process, communications, and interviews) and tracking its effectiveness
- Measuring recruitment metrics for monitoring performance of TA partners (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, source-of-hire, Joining Ratio etc.)
- Maintaining relationships with both internal stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Effectively manage relationships with recruiting agencies
- Unlearning and learning and transferring best practices to the workplace
- We expect you to be an active contributor, a thinker working to improve the way we hire and the methodologies we adopt to build out the recruitment function
Expertise youll bring:
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition in services set up.
- A motivated and tenacious individual with a passion for recruiting.

- Ability to work under pressure, tight timelines, and in a growth environment.
- Strong sense of excellence and will to do increasingly.
