Talent Acquisition Lead The Talent Acquisition Lead will drive end-to-end hiring for mid to senior and leadership roles, partnering closely with senior leaders to define talent needs, build structured hiring processes, and proactively source top talent through strategic and AI-driven approaches. You will work closely with senior leadership to influence key hiring decisions, design scalable and future-ready recruitment processes, and bring in leadership talent that drives business impact at scale. Job Type: Full Time Location: Hyderabad Key Responsibilities Own and drive the end-to-end hiring lifecycle for mid-managerial to senior leadership roles, from role discovery to successful closure. Partner deeply with business and leadership teams to define roles from scratch , including job scoping, competency mapping, and success profiles. Design and build hiring processes tailored to each role, ensuring structured, efficient, and high-quality assessments. Lead strategic sourcing and headhunting efforts , going beyond inbound pipelines to proactively identify and engage top talent. Leverage AI-driven and agentic sourcing tools to build high-quality, differentiated talent pipelines. Drive market mapping and talent intelligence , providing insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring trends. Manage and execute the entire recruitment funnel including sourcing, screening, interview design, stakeholder alignment, offer negotiation, and closure. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure strong candidate experience and effective interview practices
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership , influencing hiring decisions and setting realistic expectations based on market insights. Track and analyze key hiring metrics, continuously optimizing hiring efficiency, quality, and conversion rates
- Contribute to building a scalable and future-ready talent acquisition engine , including processes, tools, and best practices. Ideal Candidate You are a strategic and hands-on talent acquisition leader who thrives in ambiguity and fast-scaling environments. You don’t just fill roles—you build hiring strategies, influence leaders, and proactively identify top talent before the market does. You bring a strong blend of structured thinking, market intelligence, and execution excellence, along with a curiosity to leverage AI and new-age tools to transform sourcing and hiring outcomes. Must-Haves 8–12 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on mid to senior and leadership hiring
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing and headhunting , especially for niche or hard-to-fill roles. Hands-on experience leveraging AI-driven sourcing tools / agentic AI for talent discovery and pipeline building. Strong experience in partnering directly with senior leadership to define roles, design hiring strategies, and influence decisions. Demonstrated ability to build and implement structured hiring processes from scratch. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior and cross-functional teams. Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Zoho) and advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.). Ability to manage multiple high-priority roles across functions and geographies. Nice-to-Haves Experience hiring in agri-tech, agriculture, rural development, or allied sectors
