At Creso, we're building the operating system for India's wealth managers. We're a lean team, largely ex-IITB with past experience across Bain, Dezerv, Warburg Pincus and Flipkart. We're already working with 1000+ such wealth managers and are funded by industry veterans.
Role:
- Talent Acquisition Lead
- Joining: Immediate
- Experience: 3–6 years in talent acquisition, recruiting, or people ops, ideally in startups or high-growth environments
- Location: Mumbai (in office)
You'll own hiring end-to-end at Creso, from sourcing, outreach, screening, pipeline management, and closing. We're scaling fast and need someone who can build a steady stream of great candidates across sales, marketing, success, product, and engineering roles. This isn't a support function, you'll be a core driver of how quickly we grow.
You'd be a great fit if you:
- Have run full-cycle recruitment independently, not just coordination
- Know how to source beyond job portals: LinkedIn, communities, referrals, campus recruitment, cold outreach
- Can sell a startup to a candidate as well as a recruiter sells a product
- Thrive when you're juggling multiple roles and pipelines at once
- Have hired for early-stage or Series A/B startups before (strong plus)
