We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead (Non-IT) to drive end-to-end recruitment for diverse business functions across India and the UAE. The role involves managing high-volume and lateral hiring, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring efficient hiring operations. The ideal candidate should be strategic, hands-on, and willing to travel frequently between locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for non-IT roles including operations, sales, finance, HR, and support functions
- Develop and implement hiring strategies aligned with business needs
- Manage recruitment operations across India and the UAE
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Monitor hiring metrics and improve recruitment efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and guide the recruitment team
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and hiring standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Strong experience in non-IT recruitment across multiple functions
- Proven ability to handle bulk hiring and mid-to-senior level roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Willingness to travel across India and the UAE
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in multi-location or international hiring
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and workforce planning
- Exposure to employer branding initiatives
Experience:- 6+ years of experience in non-IT talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
