Job Description:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various roles across departments
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Handle team management, mentoring, and performance tracking of recruiters
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business requirements and workforce planning
- Drive stakeholder management and ensure timely delivery of hiring targets
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (TAT, offer ratio, closure rate, etc.)
- Manage vendor relationships and external recruitment partners
- Ensure adherence to company policies and hiring standards
