🚀 We’re Hiring: Domestic Recruiter / Team Lead – PAN India Hiring 🇮🇳
Are you passionate about recruitment and ready to take the next step into a leadership role? We are looking for a Domestic Recruiter with 3+ years of experience who can drive end-to-end hiring across India and also lead a small team of recruiters.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for PAN India roles
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn & referrals
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements
• Drive closures within timelines while maintaining quality
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters
• Track performance, ensure SLAs, and improve hiring processes
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in domestic recruitment
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in team handling or mentoring (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
⭐ Bonus Points:
• Exposure to ATS tools
