Role Description
This is a full-time based in Chennai for a Talent Acquisition Lead. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring manager level talent. Additional responsibilities include managing a team of recruiters and ensuring their productivity, developing and implementing employer branding strategies, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. The selected candidate will play a key role in building a robust and diverse workforce that aligns with the company’s goals and values.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Strong skills in Interviewing and Recruiting to identify and onboard the best candidates
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience in an NBFC/Hiring Consultant firms
- Prior experience in leading talent acquisition activities is a plus
- MBA with specialisation in HR
