About Aelum Consulting
Aelum Consulting is a Premier ServiceNow partner operating across global enterprise and BFSI markets. We partner with organisations in Manufacturing, banking, financial services, insurance, and large corporates to implement, optimise, and scale their ServiceNow environments — from ITSM and HRSD to AI Agents and Now Assist.
We are in an active growth phase, scaling from ~250 to 500+ employees. This is a leadership hire that will define the quality of every team we build over the next three years.
About Opportunity
This is not a senior recruiter role with a leadership title. We are looking for someone who has built and led a TA function — and who understands the difference between filling seats and building organisational capability.
You will inherit an existing TA team, set the operating standard, and personally own Aelum's most critical and complex hires — including sales leadership, delivery leadership, and functional heads. You will report directly to the CEO and be expected to operate as a strategic people partner, not a transactional hiring manager.
If you have spent your career in large corporates following inherited processes, this role is not for you. If you have built something from scratch, held the bar under pressure, and know how to attract talent to a company that isn't yet a household name — we want to talk.
What you will Own
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, manage, and develop the existing TA team including structured performance reviews, 1:1s, and capability building
- Set clear hiring KPIs (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance rate, source mix) and hold the team accountable to them
- Build a team culture of rigour, speed, and honest candidate assessment — not activity metrics
Strategic Hiring
- Own the end-to-end hiring process for Director, VP, and functional leadership roles personally
- Partner with the CEO and department heads to translate growth targets into a rolling headcount plan
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for Aelum's highest-frequency roles: ServiceNow consultants, delivery managers, BFSI sales hunters
Process & Operations
- Audit the current hiring process and rebuild where needed — from job briefs to offer issuance
- Own the ATS (Zoho Recruit) — data integrity, pipeline reporting, workflow configuration
- Manage the agency PSL: brief, hold accountable, remove underperformers
- Introduce structured interview frameworks and scorecards across the organisation
Employer Brand & Candidate Attraction
- Develop Aelum's employer value proposition for each talent segment (technical, sales, consulting)
- Own Aelum's presence on LinkedIn, Naukri, and relevant professional networks
- Build a referral programme and internal mobility pipeline to reduce external dependency
Data & Reporting
- Produce a monthly TA dashboard for the leadership team — with insight, not just activity
- Use data to make and defend hiring decisions: source channel ROI, conversion rates, early attrition analysis
