Job Title: Talent Acquisition - Lateral
Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven track record in recruitment and talent sourcing, and experience with lateral and leadership hiring. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent for our organization.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract top talent, including networking, referrals, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for roles within the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in executive search, recruitment, and talent sourcing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with HRIS Systems and talent pipelining.
- Familiarity with diversity recruitment initiatives.
- Additional plus skills: experience in leadership hiring, proficiency in talent sourcing techniques.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, and lateral hiring.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with leadership hiring and negotiation is highly preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
