Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The Talent Acquisition Intern will be responsible for assisting with full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and supporting the hiring process. The intern will also help with employer branding initiatives and collaborate with the team to improve recruiting strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience with full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Skills in employer branding and hiring processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Interest in the education sector is a plus
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program
