Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen resumes to identify relevant candidates.
- Support initial candidate outreach and basic screening calls
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate data, hiring trackers, and reports
- Assist in follow-ups for interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Support bulk hiring drives and recruitment campaigns
