Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include
- Talent Acquisition Support:
- Sourcing & Screening: Actively source candidates for frontline retail stores. Conduct initial screenings to assess fit for store-level positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and store managers.
- Candidate Database Management: Maintain budgeted vs. actual manpower tracker, new store opening manpower tracker, and floater manpower tracker; update candidate status regularly for transparency.
- Community Engagement: Build relationships with local institutes, training centres, and community networks to strengthen the talent pipeline.
- Immediate Hiring Needs: Respond quickly to urgent staffing requirements in stores, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Onboarding & Induction:
- Collect new joinee documentation, process onboarding in HROne, and adhere to compliance documentation.
- Explain HROne usage to new joinees on day one.
- HR Operations:
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management processes.
- Learning & Development:
- Prepare induction training schedules and administer training completion tests.
