Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist the HR team in the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and maintain interview schedules.
- Support the onboarding process.
- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
- Assist in drafting HR communications such as emails, letters, and internal notices.
- Support in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and training sessions.
- Help in maintaining attendance records and leave management data.
- Assist the HR team in preparing reports, presentations, and HR-related documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as required.
